PTA Programs for Next Year! We need a show chair!

We are planning many fun events and programs for our first year as Santiago STEAM Magnet!    As our school is transforming we are looking into moving away from our traditional Nutcracker performances and trying something new.  We are searching for a volunteer who is a self-starter and wants to organize a fun spring production.  There are a variety of types of performances that can be done.

  • Ice Cream Social (Grand Opening of Santiago STEAM Magnet)
  • Fall Festival and Silent Auction
  • Reflections National Art Contest
  • Astronomy Night (NEEDS A CHAIRMAN)
  • Scholastic Book Fair
  • Jog-a-thon
  • Spring Production (TBD – NEEDS A CHAIRMAN)
  • End of Year Glow Dance Party
  • Monthly Restaurant Nights
  • Yearbook designed by our students!
  • Fun STEAM Magnet Spirit wear!
  • Staff Appreciation Events!
  • Lunch with a Loved One and Bagels with a Loved One
  • Art & Science Assemblies and Workshops (NEEDS A CHAIRMAN)
  • Disaster Kits/Earthquake Food
