Fall Festival is one of our favorite Family Fun Nights of the Year! The event is from 5-8pm. You are welcome and encouraged to come in COSTUME! (family friendly of course, no masks)! We will have DJ Jimmy playing fun music on the stage, several spooky themed Game Booths and Prizes, a Food Stand (see items below), and a Silent Auction Table! Be sure to check out the new Plinko Board!
We have several amazing items for you to bid on at our Silent Auction, including the coveted Parking Spot! Each of our classrooms have pooled money together to put together a fun themed auction basket! We also have an orthodontist who has donated a full BRACES package valued at $5500-$6000. We also have Birthday/Group Events and Admission passes to several local attractions. We also have 2019 Season passes to Del Mar Racetrack! Bidding on Auction items will close at 7:30pm. you do not need to be present to win if you have the highest bid.
We are still in need of volunteers to help run game booths and work the food table. You can sell chips and candy at the food table, or you can run simple games like the ping pong ball toss and hand out prizes! This is also a great opportunity for high school students who need community service hours for their graduation requirement. If you have a high school student who would like to do this please signup on the bloomz signup request and put their name in the comments. To get to the signup form on Bloomz, please go to the calendar tab and click on the fall festival event, then you can click on signups to select an available volunteer shift.
We do ask that when you arrive at the event, you go to the check-table where we will check that your family has turned in a liability insurance waiver and get a wristband. We will have extra copies so you can fill it out there. You only need to do this once per year. We are required to collect them incase of emergency. Thank you.
