Eleven reasons you won’t want to miss
the Fall Festival & Silent Auction
Friday, October 25th, 5pm-8pm
1. Dinner is covered. Killer Tacos OC is selling artisan chicken/asada/pork tacos,
cheese/meat quesadillas, and burritos. For those with a simpler palette, Santiago
STEAM PTA is selling a Hot Dog Dinner with a hot dog, chips and drink for 4 RED
tickets.
2. Silent Auction. The selection and deals you can get this year are unparalleled to
any auction we’ve ever had before.
3. Opportunity Drawing. Don’t miss your chance to win a Samsung Chromebook, a
children’s bike, or gift cards. Volunteers earn a free BLUE ticket, and you can purchase
more for $1 each, 12 for $10 or 25 for $20.
4. 37 Foot Inflatable Bounce Obstacle Course. No elaboration needed.
5. New Games. With the insurgence of a growing student body and PTA Membership,
we have acquired three new games. ACA standard size Cornhole Board Toss Game,
Balloon Pop Game, and Soft Ball Goal Game.
6. Face Painting and Balloon Animals. To reduce lines and make sure
everyone who wants a turn gets one, we chose only the most popular choices as
selections for the kiddos.
7. Trick-or-Treat Trail. Eight specially designed stations for families to collect candy
and practice their trick-or-treat cheer before Halloween. Pssst… It’s free.
8. DJ Jaime and Two Dance Contests. Music will be playing, the dance floor
will be rocking, and a handful of kids will be selected to battle with their best dance
moves to try to win prizes.
9. Cotton Candy and Popcorn. The PTA snack bar isn’t just for hot dogs and
candy. This year we have cotton candy and popcorn machines.
10. Photo Booth Wall. We have a brand new photo booth wall with props for families
to stop by and fly their silly flags. So smile and say “STEAM!!”
11. Funds raised go directly to the Santiago STEAM PTA to benefit
our children and school. The PTA is working hard for our school to provide
technology updates, school improvement projects and innovative speakers to inspire our
kids.
The Fall Festival and Silent Auction is good for our school, for our
students and our community. There’s something for everyone, and
hey, it’s FUN!!
