Library Amazon Wishlist

Ms. Chambion, our hard-working librarian, has compiled a list of books on an Amazon Wish List

Studies show that increasing access to books increases the amount of reading they do, and increased reading leads to improved achievement in reading, writing, spelling, grammar, and vocabulary. Not only that, but books and the stories they tell, can increase confidence, and inspire imaginations. The more choices we can offer students, the better chance they’ll have to find the books that speak to them personally.

If you can, help expand the selection of our library by donating a book from the Amazon Wish List. https://www.amazon.com/hz/wishlist/ls/3K0148RNDN0MZ?ref_=wl_share

Can I donate my used books to the school library?

Some donations may be accepted on a case by case basis, but unfortunately, even less may be accepted due to the pandemic. The availability of space is very limited, and soon it will be smaller. For these reasons, the library has very specific needs.

Generally, books that are “like new” condition can be considered if it is to replace a damaged copy or is very recent. Picture books and non fiction are considered if they are Hardcover or library binding only. Novels may be paperback if they are in impeccable shape and fill a need.
