Why join the PTA? What are the benefits of Membership?
- Ability to be on officer of our PTA Board (all executive board officers must be members)
- Ability to VOTE at our PTA meetings on important issues regarding our budget, programs, and elections

Your PTA Membership benefits our school and students through many programs and activities that are run by our PTA each year. Being active in these programs will enhance the school experience for both your student and your entire family. PTA Members can become committee chairs and PTA officers.
A PTA Membership at Santiago STEAM Magnet is only $12. Everyone—parents, educators, students and other citizens active in their schools and communities—is invited to join our not-for-profit parent association.
Your Membership fee helps us with many of our general programs, including reimbursing teachers for classroom and project supplies, replacing worn out playground equipment, and our many families events designed to grow a strong community and school pride.
